Yo. Saw this in the critique-buotique, so here's your crit.
The first thing that strike me is that the use of 'manga style', rather than anatomical knowledge. It's difficult to critique such a piece fairly, simply because it is difficult to become really good at drawing that way. All good cartoon artists, especially animators and professional mangaka who have to draw quickly and precise, draw from life and apply 'style' as a secondary thing once they have nailed the basics. In order to simplify something, you first have to know the basics and that is something that most 'anime' artists skip entirely as they immediately jump to style. Drawing realistically might not be what you are after, but even if manga is all you'll want to draw well, I really suggest you'd pick up life drawing and anatomical studies.

Sadly, most of the errors in the picture relate to the fact that you don't have enough life studies under your belt. The reverted cross is stuck onto her forehead and it is impossible to know if it is a skin marking, or some sort of jewelry, because it doesn't match up with where the skin of her face should be in the first place. Both her nostrils should really be visible, or at least hinted, from that angle, and her eyes look wonky.

There's also the issue with scratchy lines that you've got going on, but, mainly, anatomy is your main vice. Like I said, even if all you want to do is draw good manga, you'll find that the road there will be MUCH easier once you understand the basics of realistic art :) I still think you should upload the comic, though. Though I suggest you keep realism in mind for when you start your next project.
